Bekitaktakan: Normal ba ang pagiging bakla?

The Pinoy Babbler

A new viral video about being LGBT is going viral in the Philippines. It stars Jayvhot Galang, who rose to fame via Maxxie The Musical, the theater adaptation of the critically-acclaimed independent film “Ang Pagdadalaga ni Maximo Oliveros (The Blossoming of Maximo Oliveros).”

The video answers stereotypical questions about being LGBT and Jayvhot answers them sarcastically but providing a clearer perspective afterwards.

According to TLF Share’s website, “This video uses a mixture of evidence, human rights, and bekinese humor to answer frequently asked questions about lesbians, gays, bisexuals, and transgenders and to introduce the complex issues around sexual orientation and gender identity. ”

TLF Share is a non-profit and non-governmental organization of sexual health advocates in the Philippines.

Nabasa ko na lahat ng mga stories mo. I really admire the way you express those things within your mind. And honestly, Im really curious about you. Alam mo ung feeling na naiimagine mo ung characters, may nabubuong image kasi ramdam mo ung emotion ng story. Though di ako satisfied sa ending nya, but AFTER ALL was the best for me. Umiyak ako at kinilig while reading that great masterpiece. Pinili ko pang wag pumasok sa work para lang magbasa ng mga gawa mo. I hope there’s a chance we meet someday, soon. God bless. keep it up Sir.
